You asked, and we listened: Kali and Wamai will be banned for as long as they are unavailable in pro league (i.e. quarantined or in the evaluation period). This means that, bar some unexpected quarantine, they will only be available to play in CEA Spring 2020 some time after the Six Invitational (if you know when pls tell).
We've also noted that consolidated TEAMS (i.e. multiple schools in one TEAM) must be re-evaluated every season. See the specific changelog and the newest version of the handbook in #league-info on the CEA Discord.
